TCF1 (C63D9) Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of total TCF1 protein. This antibody does not recognize the dominant negative isoforms of TCF1 lacking the amino-terminal β-catenin binding domain and does not cross-react with LEF1.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated TCF1 (C63D9) Rabbit mAb #2203.
