Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), (PE Conjugate) reacts with heavy and light chain of most rabbit immunoglobulins. No cross-reactivity to other serum proteins has been detected.
Less than 1% cross-reactivity is observed with immunoglobulins from other species. Affinity purified goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin. This product has been optimized for use as a secondary antibody in flow applications. Excitation is 450-580 nm and peak emission is 590 nm.
