FoxO3a (Ser7) Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of FoxO3a protein only when phosphorylated at Ser7.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser7 of human FoxO3a protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
