Phospho-Lamin A/C (Ser22)抗体只能用于检测内源性的Ser32磷酸化的lamin A/C蛋白。该多克隆抗体是采用合成的人源lamin A/C蛋白Ser22 周围残基相对应的肽段免疫动物而制备的。Phospho-Lamin A/C (Ser22) Antibody detects endogenous levels of lamin A/C only when phosphorylated at Ser22.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser22 of human lamin A/C protein.
