Toll-like Receptor 2 Antibody能够检测内源TLR2蛋白总体水平。在生理条件下此抗体未发现与其它的家族成员交叉反应。此多克隆抗体是通过合成人源对应的TLR2 Leu179位点周围的肽段来免疫动物而获得。抗体是通过protein A和多肽亲和层析纯化。Toll-like Receptor 2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total TLR2 protein. Cross reactivity was not detected with other family members at physiological conditions.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Leu179 of human TLR2 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
