DYKDDDDK标签抗体（生物素化） 可以检测细胞中外源性表达DYKDDDDK的蛋白。此抗体可以识别与目的蛋白氨基末端或羧基末端的融合的DYKDDDDK肽段（与Sigma公司的抗FLAG抗体识别相同的表位）。此种抗体结合的特异性不依赖于二价金属离子的存在。多克隆抗体是采用合成的DYKDDDDK肽段免疫动物而生产的(KLH-coupled) 。抗体采用蛋白A和亲和色谱法纯化。DYKDDDDK Tag Antibody detects exogenously expressed DYKDDDDK proteins in cells. The antibody recognizes the DYKDDDDK peptide (the same epitope recognized by Sigma's Anti-FLAG® antibodies) fused to either the amino- or carboxy-terminus of targeted proteins. The binding specificity of this antibody is NOT dependent on the presence of divalent metal cations.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic DYKDDDDK peptide. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
