Glu-Glu Tag Antibody用来检测包含有Glu-Glu表位标签的转染蛋白。此抗体可以识别哺乳动物中一氨基或羧基末端融合到目的蛋白的Glu-Glu标签。多克隆抗体是采用合成肽段（蓝色载体结合）免疫动物生产的，抗体采用蛋白A和肽亲和色谱法纯化。Glu-Glu Tag Antibody detects transfected proteins containing the Glu-Glu epitope tag. The antibody recognizes the Glu-Glu tag fused to either the amino- or carboxy-termini of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells. Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
