F(ab’)2片段是采用羊抗体制备的，已经吸附了人类IgG和人血清。Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) F(ab’)2 Fragment在更佳条件下结合了 Alexa Fluor ® 488荧光染料，浓度为2mg/ml. F(ab’)2片段可以减少通过Fc受体的非特异性结合。F(ab')2 fragments are prepared from goat antibodies that have been adsorbed against human IgG and human serum. Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) F(ab')2 Fragment antibody was conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye under optimal conditions and formulated at 2 mg/ml. This F(ab')2 fragment results in less non-specific binding to cells through Fc receptors.
