F(ab’)2片段是采用羊抗体制备的，已经吸附了人血清、鼠血清、浆细胞瘤/杂交瘤蛋白和纯化的人类病变蛋白。Anti- Rabbit IgG (H+L) F(ab’)2 Fragment在更佳条件下结合了 Alexa Fluor ® 555荧光染料，浓度为2mg/ml. F(ab’)2片段可以减少通过Fc受体的非特异性结合。F(ab')2 fragments are prepared from goat antibodies that have been adsorbed against pooled human serum, mouse serum, plasmacytoma/hybridoma proteins and purified human paraproteins. Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) F(ab')2 Fragment was conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 555 fluorescent dye under optimal conditions and formulated at 2 mg/ml. This F(ab')2 fragment results in less non-specific binding to cells through Fc receptors.
