TIAR (D32D3) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗检测内源性TIAR总蛋白。该抗体也较低程度的识别重组TIA1蛋白。通过人工合成人源TIAR蛋白羧基末端周围相应的多肽片段去免疫动物从而制备单克隆抗体。TIAR (D32D3) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total TIAR protein. This antibody also weakly recognizes recombinant TIA1 protein.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human TIAR protein.
