F(ab')2片段由山羊抗体制备，经混合的人和小鼠血清、浆细胞瘤/杂交瘤蛋白和纯化的人副蛋白类吸附。Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment在更适条件下与藻红蛋白（PE）结合，产品规格为1 mg/ml。本F(ab')2 fragment通过Fc受体非特异性结合到细胞的情况较少。F(ab')2 fragments are prepared from goat antibodies that have been adsorbed against pooled human serum, mouse serum, plasmacytoma/hybridoma proteins, and purified human paraproteins. Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment was conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) under optimal conditions and formulated at 1 mg/ml. This F(ab')2 fragment results in less non-specific binding to cells through Fc receptors.
