Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Dog。Cleaved Caspase-3 (Asp175) (5A1) Rabbit mAb 兔单抗能够检测活化的邻近Asp175处剪切的caspase-3大片段(17/19 kDa)。该抗体不能识别全长的 caspase-3 和其它caspases的剪切产物。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的人源caspases-3 Asp175 氨基末端序列相对应的肽段免疫动物后制备获得。Cleaved Caspase-3 (Asp175) (5A1) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of the large fragment (17/19 kDa) of activated caspase-3 resulting from cleavage adjacent to Asp175. This antibody does not recognize full length caspase-3 or other cleaved caspases.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino-terminal residues adjacent to Asp175 of human caspase-3.
