Caspase-8 (1C12) Mouse mAb 鼠单抗能够检测全长caspase-8 (57 kDa)，裂解的中间体p43/p41和caspase-8活化片段p18。该抗体不与其它caspases发生交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是采用合成的人源caspase-8的p18片段C端氨基序列相对应的肽段免疫动物后获得。该抗体保存在含50％ 甘油和低于0.02％ 叠氮化钠的HEPES缓冲液中。Caspase-8 (1C12) Mouse mAb detects endogenous levels of full length caspase-8 (57 kDa), the cleaved intermediate p43/p41 and the caspase-8 active fragment p18. This antibody does not cross-react with other caspases.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the carboxy-terminal sequence of the p18 fragment of human caspase-8. Antibody is supplied in HEPES buffer with 50% glycerol and less than 0.02% sodium azide.
