详细描述:
荧光素通过酰胺键与NP-CGG赖氨酸偶联。
Fluorescein is conjugated to NP-CGG lysine through amide bonds.
Properties:
Chemical Name: 4-Hydroxy-3-nitrophenylacetyl-Chicken Gamma Globulin-Fluorescein;
Appearance: yellow powder;
Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 430;
Extinction Coefficient at Lambda max: 4230;
Product Usage:
Conjugation is determined at pH 8.5 by measuring NP absorbance at 430 nm, using 4.23 x 10E+03 as the extinction coefficient for NP, and is given as a molar ratio of NP to CGG assuming the molecular weight of CGG is 150,000. Conjugation for fluorescein is determined by the absorbance of fluorescein at 495 nm, using 8.3 x 10E+04 as the extinction coefficient of fluorescein, and is given as a molar ratio of Fluorescein to NP-CGG. Store solution in aliquots at -20°C. Protect from light. This product can be dissolved in PBS buffer, water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1mg/mL. Product may precipitate when stored in solution, therefore it is recommended to centrifuge the solutions briefly before use and use only the supernatant. When using PBS please refer to the formulation below. PBS Formulation: 8 g NaCl 0.2 g KCl 0.2 g potassium di-hydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) 1.15 g di-sodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4) Add to 1 L of water;
