Product Usage:
This product can be dissolved in water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Product may not completely dissolve if using buffers containing salts. Conjugation is determined at pH 7.0 by measuring TNP absorbance at 348 nm using 15400 as the extinction coefficient of TNP and is given as a molar ratio of TNP to CGG assuming the molecular weight of CGG is 150,000.
