Product Usage:
This product can be dissolved in PBS buffer, water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1mg/mL. Product may precipitate when dissolved or stored in solution, therefore it is recommended to sonicate the solution for 30 minutes before use. Store solution in aliquots at +5°C. KLH will come out of solution if frozen. Protect from light. Conjugation is determined at 348 nm using the extinction coefficient of TNP and is given as a molar ratio of TNP to KLH assuming the molecular weight of KLH is 100,000.
