ExcelBand增强型三彩蛋白质常规分子量标记 (ExcelBand 3-color High Range Protein Marker , PM2500) 为即用型产品，内含10条预先染色之蛋白质条带，片段范围涵盖10 kDa至 180 kDa (若于 Bis-Tris (MOPS)缓冲液中为9 kDa至 170 kDa；若于Bis-Tris (MES) 缓冲液中为10 kDa至170 kDa)。 本产品经电泳 (Tris-Glycine缓冲液) 分离后，10条参考条带分别与蓝色、绿色或红色发色基团共价键结。 为方便目测辨别分子量大小，绿色蛋白条带为代表分子量25 kDa；红色蛋白条带为代表分子量75 kDa。

Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 25 kDa and 75 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-Glycine buffer). PM2510 ExcelBand Enhanced 3-color Regular Range Protein Marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the size of proteins.
