The antibody may detect a nonspecific band at 60 kDa. Presenilin 2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of the carboxy-terminal fragment of Presenilin 2 (23 kDa) and the full length protein (54 kDa) to a lesser extent. It does not cross-react with endogenous levels of presenilin 1. Nicastrin (D38F9) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total Nicastrin protein. PEN2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total PEN2 protein.The γ Secretase Antibody Sampler Kit provides an economical means of evaluating components of the gamma secretase complex. The kit contains enough primary and secondary antibodies to perform four western miniblot experiments.
