人TERT探针包括一组Quasar® 670标记的寡核苷酸以一定的比例混合在一起,终浓度是5 nmol,按照标准条件操作能够做200-400次杂交。该探针用于利用荧光原位杂交的方法检测人TERT的转录本。

This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_001193376, XR_241713, and XR_241712

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
