This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect the following variants: NM_006017, NM_001145847, NM_001145848, NM_001145849, NM_001145850, NM_001145851, NM_001145852, and XM_011513890, XM_011513892, XM_011513891, XM_011513893, XM_011513894, XM_011513895, XM_011513896, XM_011513897, XM_011513900, XM_011513901, XM_011513902, XM_005248195, and XM_005248196. It may also detect the poorly supported predicted mRNAs: XM_011513898 and XM_011513899 fully as well as XM_011513903, XM_011513904, and XM_006713974 partly.

Designed to detect PROM1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against prominin 1 PROM1 a.k.a.
