Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Prdm4 with CAL Fluor® Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect Prdm4 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against PR domain containing 4 Prdm4 a.k.a. SC-1; AW552272; 1700031E19Rik; 2810470D21Rik (NCBI gene ID:72843) and nucleotides 139-344, 479-664, 665-1609, 1622-3917 of NM_181650.2.
