Stellaris® FISH Probes, Zika virus BeH815744 (+ strand) with FAM consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect BeH815744 (+ strand) transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against BeH815744 polyprotein BeH815744 (+ strand) a.k.a. N/A (NCBI gene ID:N/A) and nucleotides 125-8011 of KU365780.1 . This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: AY632535.2, DQ859059.1, EU545988.1, KF268948.1, KF268949.1, KF268950.1, KF383115.1, KF383116.1, KF383117.1, KF383118.1, KF383119.1, KJ776791.1, KU312312.1, KU321639.1, KU365777.1, KU365778.1, KU365779.1, KU365780.1, LC002520.1, and NC_012532.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles. For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
