The StrataClone Mammalian Expression Vectors were designed for high-level expression of epitope-tagged proteins in mammalian cells. Use of StrataClone technology for the cloning steps allows rapid cloning of blunt-ended PCR products, produced using high-fidelity PCR enzymes, into the epitope tagging/expression vectors. Method completed in less than one day versus 2 days with restriction enzymes Allows for the rapid protein detection using either FLAGR or c-Myc epitope tags Easily detected with commercially available antibodies Tags do not interfere with the function of your protein For Research Use Only.
