The FLAG® peptide (DYKDDDDK) is widely used as an epitope tag for protein expression analysis, purification, and detection. The Anti-FLAG® M2 Antibody is optimized for the detection of FLAG-fusion proteins in mammalian, plant and bacterial expression systems. As the Anti-FLAG® M2 Antibody has been discontinued, Agilent now offers the Rat Anti-DYKDDDDK Tag Antibody as an alternative product. This antibody provides equivalent sensitivity and specificity to similar antibodies.
