Outgrowth Medium recommended for use with NEB 10-beta or NEB Stable Competent E. coli 。Use to dilute the outgrowth prior to plating。
Add NEB 10-beta/Stable Outgrowth Medium to freshly transformed NEB 10-beta or NEB Stable E. coli cells and incubate for up to 1 hour before plating on selective media. This medium can also be used to dilute the outgrowth prior to plating.
