The Monarch RNA Cleanup Wash Buffer, a component of the Monarch RNA Cleanup Kits (NEB #T2030, T2040, T2050), is used to wash RNA after binding to ensure the removal of contaminants such as enzyme, NTPs, and short RNA fragments. It is supplied as a 5X concentrate and requires dilution with ethanol (≥95%) before use. The product is supplied in 2 bottles, each with 20 ml of concentrated buffer.
