PromoCell Melanocyte Growth Medium M2 is a serum-free and PMA (Phorbol Myristate Acetate)-free Medium that was developed for the optimized in vitro cultivation of human melanocytes. It is also suitable for human pigment epithelial cells, neuronal cells, and melanoma cells.
Although all PromoCell media are optimized for use with primary human cells, we have received feedback from customers that this particular medium can also be used for equine, porcine, mouse, and rat melanocytes.
