The NEBNext® Adaptor Dilution Buffer is optimized for dilution of the NEBNext Adaptor to the appropriate concentration range for efficient ligation to end-repaired, dA-tailed DNA. This buffer pack can also be used to supplement the buffer volume supplied in some NEBNext library prep kits compatible with Illumina® sequencing.
