This antibody also recognizes endogenous levels of CamKII-β and CamKII-γ protein only when phosphorylated at Thr287.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr287 of human CamKII-β protein.
