Phospho-Akt (Thr308) (D25E6) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗能识别Thr308被磷酸化的内源性Akt1蛋白。该抗体也能识别Thr309被磷酸化的Akt2和Thr305被磷酸化的Akt3.单克隆抗体由合成肽段免疫动物产生，该肽段与人Akt1蛋白Thr308附近氨基酸一致。Phospho-Akt (Thr308) (D25E6) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of Akt1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr308. This antibody also recognizes endogenous levels of Akt2 protein when phosphorylated at Thr309 or Akt3 protein when phosphorylated at Thr305.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr308 of human Akt1 protein.
