p63-α (D2K8X) XP® Rabbit mAb可以识别内源性p63-α总蛋白。该抗体可以检测全长异构体（TAp63-α）和截短的δNp63-α异构体，但是不能识别p63-β或 p63-γ isoform.单克隆抗体由合成肽段免疫动物产生，该肽段与人p63-α蛋白的羧基端一致。p63-α (D2K8X) XP® Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total p63-α protein. This antibody will detect both the full-length isoform (TAp63-α) and the truncated δNp63-α isoform, but will not recognize the p63-β or p63-γ isoform. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human p63-α protein.
