The antibody may also detect non-specific signals of various molecular weights.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the sequence surrounding Ser792 of human raptor. Antibodies are purified by peptide affinity chromatography.
