The antibody may cross-react with the phosphorylated VASP homologue Mena.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser157 of human VASP. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
