The antibody may cross-react with phosphorylated Gab2 or Gab3, or with activated receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs).Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr627 of human Gab1.
