Phospho-Gab1 (Tyr307) Antibody 能够检测酪氨酸（307位点）磷酸化的内源性Gab1蛋白。抗体与磷酸化的Gab2及可能还有磷酸化的Gab3交叉反应。抗体也可能于活化的受体酪氨酸激酶(RTKs)交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是由合成与人源Gab1蛋白酪氨酸（307位点）周围序列相对应的磷酸化肽段免疫动物而生产的。抗体由protein A和肽亲和层析技术纯化。Phospho-Gab1 (Tyr307) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Gab1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 307. The antibody cross-reacts with phosphorylated Gab2 and may also cross-react with phosphorylated Gab3. The antibody may cross-react with activated receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs).Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr307 of human Gab1. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
