Phospho-eIF2α (Ser51) (D9G8) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗检测仅在Ser51位点磷酸化的内源性eIF2α蛋白水平。这个抗体不与其它位点磷酸化的elF2alpha蛋白发生交叉反应。通过人工合成人源eIF2α蛋白Ser51位点周围相应的磷酸化片段去免疫动物从而制备单克隆抗体。Phospho-eIF2α (Ser51) (D9G8) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous eIF2α only when phosphorylated at Ser51. The antibody does not recognize elF2α phosphorylated at other sites.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser51 of human eIF2α.
