Phospho-IGF-1 Receptor beta (Tyr1135) (DA7A8) Rabbit mAb用于检测内源性在Tyr1135上磷酸化的IGF-1 Receptor beta，本抗体会与胰岛素受体Tyr1150交互反应，同时也可能与过表达的相关酪氨酸磷酸化的酪氨酸激酶交互反应。单克隆抗体通过用对应于人源IGF-1 Receptor beta蛋白Tyr1135序列的合成肽免疫动物制备而得。Phospho-IGF-1 Receptor beta (Tyr1135) (DA7A8) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of IGF-I receptor only when phosphorylated at Tyr1135. This antibody cross-reacts with Tyr1150 of insulin receptor and may also cross-react with other overexpressed related tyrosine-phosphorylated tyrosine kinases.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1135 of human IGF-I receptor beta.
