Phospho-Stat2 Antibody只能检测内源的在Tyr690位点磷酸化的Stat2蛋白。此抗体不与对应的酪氨酸磷酸化的Stat家族的其它蛋白交叉反应。此多克隆抗体是通过合成人源对应的Stat2 Tyr690位点周围的磷肽段来免疫动物而获得。抗体是通过protein A和多肽亲和层析法纯化。Phospho-Stat2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of human Stat2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr690. The antibody does not significantly cross-react with corresponding phospho-tyrosine sites on other Stat proteins.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr690 of human Stat2 protein.
