Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) (D3F9) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性Thr180和Tyr182位点磷酸化的p38 MAPK激酶水平。该抗体不能与p42/44 MAPK和SAPK/JNK的磷酸化形式发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的与人源p38 MAPK蛋白Thr180/Tyr182位点周围残基相一致的磷酸化肽段免疫动物而获得。Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) (D3F9) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of p38 MAPK only when phosphorylated at Thr180 and Tyr182. This antibody does not cross-react with the phosphorylated forms of either p42/44 MAPK or SAPK/JNK.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr180/Tyr182 of human p38 MAPK.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Hamster, Chicken, Zebrafish, Bovine, Pig。
