Keratin 18 (DC10) Mouse mAb识别内源性的keratin 18总蛋白。该抗体不与其它keratins发生交叉反应。使用人源PMC-42乳腺癌细胞去免疫老鼠从而制备出单克隆抗体(isotype: IgG1)。Keratin 18 (DC10) Mouse mAb detects endogenous levels of total keratin 18 protein. The antibody does not cross-react with other keratins.Monoclonal antibody (isotype: IgG1) is produced by immunizing mice with human PMC-42 breast carcinoma cells.
