AMPAReceptor (GluR 3) (D47E3) Rabbit mAb 兔单抗识别内源性的总GluR 3蛋白。由于抗原序列的同源性不同，预计此抗体不能识别其它AMPA受体亚基（如GluR1、GluR2、GluR4）。该单克隆抗体由合成的人类GluR 3蛋白Pro590位点附近肽段免疫动物而制成。AMPA Receptor (GluR 3) (D47E3) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total GluR 3 protein. The antibody is not predicted to detect other AMPA receptor subunits (e.g. GluR 1, GluR 2 or GluR 4) based on sequence homology of the antigen.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro590 of human GluR 3 protein.
