p44/42 MAP Kinase (137F5) Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性p44/42 MAPK总蛋白水平。该抗体不能与JNK/SAPK 、p38 MAP 激酶发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的与大鼠p44 MAPK羧端周围残基相一致的肽段免疫动物而产生的。p44/42 MAP Kinase (137F5) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total p44/42 MAP kinase (Erk1/Erk2) protein. The antibody does not cross-react with JNK/SAPK or p38 MAP kinase.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the C-terminus of rat p44 MAP kinase.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Chicken.
