磷酸化VEGF Receptor 2 (Tyr951) (15D2) 兔单抗仅在Tyr951磷酸化时才能检测内源VEGFR2 蛋白的水平。本抗体可能与活化的VEGFR1有轻微交叉反应，但不与其它相关的酪氨酸磷酸化的酪氨酸激酶交叉反应。单克隆抗体用合成的磷酸化多肽免疫动物得到，该多肽根据人VEGF receptor 2 的Tyr951附近的氨基酸合成。Phospho-VEGF Receptor 2 (Tyr951) (15D2) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of VEGF receptor 2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr951. The antibody may slightly cross-react with activated VEGF receptor 1, but not with other related tyrosine phosphorylated tyrosine kinases.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr951 of human VEGF receptor 2.
