Phospho-Tuberin/TSC2 (Ser1387) Antibody可以检测出在ser1387位点磷酸化的内源性总马铃薯球蛋白（Tuberin），此抗体可以与140kD的未知蛋白发生交叉反应。多克隆抗体是采用人类马铃薯球蛋白（Tuberin）Ser1387周围残基相对应的合成磷酸肽段免疫动物生产的，抗体采用蛋白A和肽亲和层析法纯化的。Phospho-Tuberin/TSC2 (Ser1387) Antibody detects endogenous levels of tuberin protein only when phosphorylated at Ser1387. This antibody also cross-reacts with an unidentified 140 kD protein.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser1387 of human tuberin protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
