This antibody cross-reacts with overexpressed PPP2R4 and PPP2R5D proteins.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Asp406 of rat PP2R2A/PP2A, B55-α/PR55-α protein.
