This antibody does not cross-react with the phosphorylated PKC isoforms alpha, beta, gamma or epsilon.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser643 of rat PKCdelta. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
