The antibody does not cross-react with endogenous levels of other PKC isoforms.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr410 of human PKC zeta. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
