The antibody cross-reacts with Fox04 phosphorylated at Ser193.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around Ser256 of human Fox01. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
