该抗体能够特异性检测内源性 Asp330 剪切的人源caspase蛋白大片段(37 kDa with prodomain/17 kDa)。该抗体与未裂解的前体 Caspase-9不发生交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是采用合成的人源caspase-9 Asp330 周围残基相对应的肽段免疫动物后制备获得。抗体通过蛋白A和肽段亲和层析而纯化。Cleaved Caspase-9 (Asp330) Antibody (Human Specific) detects endogenous levels of the large fragment (37 kDa with prodomain/17 kDa) of caspase-9 following cleavage at aspartic acid 330. The antibody does not recognize the uncleaved procaspase-9.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino terminus residues surrounding to Asp330 of human caspase-9. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
