只有当在 Ser396发生磷酸化时，Phospho-IRF-3 (Ser396) (D6O1M) Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) 能够检测内源性水平的IRF-3 蛋白。Phospho-IRF-3 (Ser396) (D6O1M) Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of IRF-3 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser396.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometric analysis in human cells. This antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Phospho-IRF-3 (Ser396) (D6O1M) Rabbit mAb #29047.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser396 of human IRF-3 protein.
